Payment Process

Which payment methods can be used for my order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or instant bank transfer. 

When entering your credit card information, please mind that your billing name must be as it appears on your credit card. For our customer's protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

Can I pay by direct debit?

You can pay via PayPal directly by direct debit. No PayPal account is required. 

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

What are the shipping fees?

• Germany- Free delivery
• All EU Countries- €4.95 per shipment- (Free shipping for purchase over €90).
• UK & Switzerland- €13.95 per shipment- (Free shipping for purchase over €140).
• Important note: If the delivery occurs in a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer. The fee does not pay to the provider but to the local customs or responsible tax authorities directly. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order is packed with great care and shipped with a reliable shipping carrier. We want our parcels to be a great joy to open and arrive in perfect condition!

How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Other than Germany, we deliver to the entire EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

You can cancel your order from the date of order until 14 days after receipt of the items. Simply send us an email to contact@shidto.com and indicate your order number. Once the return items have been received, your money will be transferred back to your original payment method. 

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. For this reason, you would have to cancel your original order and re-order again.

How long does the shipping process take?

Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 and on Saturday and Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the following working day.

Will I receive a notification for the shipment order?

Upon receipt of your payment, you will be notified by email. You will receive a further shipping notification once the package has been sent.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery addresses in Germany: within 2-3 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the EU- within 3-6 working days, excluding weekends and any holidays. 

 

If your name is not indicated on the doorbell or letterbox, we cannot deliver the consignment according to German law.
