We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. A return is possible within 14 days after receipt of the item. Please send us an email to contact@shidto.com, and the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

How can I return products?
To process your order as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to proceed as follows:
- Please send us an email to contact@shidto.com and indicate your order number.
- To improve our service and the product quality, we would appreciate if you could give us the reason for the return.
- Please send the products back and safely packed.
- We do not accept any damage, nor used or empty products.
PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased directly on shidto.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
When can I receive my refund?
Once your return package has arrived, please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of your payment method.
